Residencia Botanica

Coziness, comfort and prestigious homes among a diversity of flowers and trees plus first-class service, professional maintenance and a number of extras all can be found in the immediate proximity of the Botanic Garden in one of the prime residential districts of Sofia, namely Boyana. This, in short, is what Residencia Botanica, one of the prestigious residential complexes, offers. The scheme consists of two parts - residential and service areas.

The residential area
includes four buildings with luxury common areas and underground and ground-level car parks (a total of 305 underground and 23 outdoor parking spaces). Residencia Botanica will have a kindergarten suitable for children from 3 to 12 years of age and will offer games halls and outdoor playgrounds. Another distinguishing element of the project is the modern medical center, which will cover a wide range of services.
Residencia Botanica will introduce

a completely new service on the Bulgarian market -
ConciergeServices. The latter has been created to save time and satisfy the needs of future inhabitants 24/7 - whether for sending a fax, courier services, getting flight tickets, booking tables at a restaurant, ordering bouquets or finding a car with a driver.
The developer of Residencia Botanica is Building Group Construction OOD. The architectural concept belongs to arch. Plamen Genchev, of the architectural bureau Vamos. The general contractor is Galchev Engineering Group AD.
