Because of that and not by accident, the jury of the National Contest Building of the Year, organized by the Stroitelstvo Gradat, the weekly for construction and real estate businesses, presented the same name prize to Balneohotel Pomorie, located in the northeastern part of the town of Pomorie, on only a 15-minute drive from the international airport in Burgas and from Sunny Beach resort.

Located at the salt lake,
famous with its healing characteristics, which are similar to the water of the Red Sea, the balneohotel stands at just 100 meters from the beach and provides many facilities for recreation and relaxation - large swimming pools, restaurants and bars, a modern and innovative spa with interior with its own character.
Balneohotel Pomorie is a member of the Bulgarian Association of the Balneology Tourism, as well as of the Association of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. It is registered as the only balneohotel in Bulgaria, according to a regulation of medical Standards of the World Health Organization.

The programs are a combination of balanced medical treatments and luxurious SPA therapies as the rehabilitation is conducted according to the most modern world norms by highly qualified specialists. The five-star hotel
has 19 apartments, 150 double rooms, four rooms for people with disabilities, all luxuriously finished, with air-conditioners, phones, interactive TV, wireless, mini-bar, baths with tubs and shower cabins.
The hotel is designed as a complex for preparation and rehabilitation of professional sportsmen and teams. Because of that together with the comfort, the modern medical equipment and favorable climate conditions, the complex provides entertainment and active recreation.
It has a football stadium, multifunctional sport hall, several centers for fitness and aerobics. There are also health-food restaurant, a barbecue-restaurant, a lobby and a sky bar, a winter garden, a billiard club, a library and a children section.
Owned by Petrol Holding, the hotel was designed by arch. Vasil Makrelov's firm Interarch Arkitektkontor and built by Naftex Engineering, the construction company and generals contractor.
