Retailers go after London and Paris

This is what the consultancies of Experian and Jones Lang LaSalle have concluded in a research on European shopping centers. The report emphasizes on the interrelation between consumer spending and rents in European cities. London and Paris have been ranked first and second respectively, as they provide the most expensive rents but also the highestconsumer spending levels. The retail destinations of Italy, Germany and Spain sit at top 10 of the chart represented by Rome, Milan, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Madrid. The only CEE city which enters top 10 is Moscow.
