The Greek company Assos Capital that owns Carrefour Tsarigradsko shopping center has signed the final leasing contracts with some of its most important tenants: the fashion companies of Inditex and Peek & Cloppenburg and Arena cinema operator. Colliers International is managing the leasing process offering 66,000 sq m of area. Inditex will open its units under the brands of Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Massimo Dutti. Since the very start of the scheme, it is clear this is the most important project of the Carrefour hypermarkets in Bulgaria. Peek & Cloppenburg have signed the biggest deal of the fashion brands as it will rent 3,600 sq m, while Zara will occupy 1,680 sq m. With the exception of Massimo Dutti, the rest of the Inditex brands will open in Grand Mall Varna as well. The cinema operator will have 12 cinema halls in Carrefour Tsarigradsko.
