The former printing house of the Polygraphic factory turns into offices

Bulgarian Land Development and Northridge Capital have invested in the reconstruction of one of five buildings that should be transformed into contemporary offices. The first development stage will see the construction of 13,000 sq m of administrative units and 2,250 sq m of shops by the middle of 2010. Polygraphia Office Center is to become a class-A complex made up of 21,000 sq m of offices, 3,500 sq m of retail units, 182 underground and 58 ground parking lots. The company leasing the property is Forton International. Polygraphia Office Center is Bulgarian Land Development’s first office scheme which is also supported by the largest Bulgarian real estate consultancy "AG Capital" (owner of Address Real Estate), and Forton. Northridge Capital is a real estate investment company managing the assets of private persons and participating as a partner in the construction of the Kaliakriya complex located near the town of Kavarna.
