Eurobank Properties retracts office building transaction.

Greek real estate investment company has withdrawn from the EUR 90.8-million deal for a project on Sofia’s Todor Aleksandrov Blvd. The building should have been one of the new towers located in an area projected to become the new City district with offices of banks and large international companies. Eurobank Properties denied any comments on the reasons behind the suspension of the deal.
