Three golf courses and an airport in Sozopol are stipulated in new urban plan.

The golf courses will be developed in the area between Izvor and Ravna Gora villages, on municipal land. A future botanical garden of the town will be set up on municipal land too, near Sozopol. Accommodation for 140,000 tourists will be provided, according to the new town plan. An airport will also be developed on former agricultural land near Krushevets. It will be the forth for the Southern Black Sea coast after the last one which was developed in Primorsko. The initial concept of a water park near Gradina Bay has dropped off the project.
