Investors rely on nature

to attract property buyers. This is what investment holding Prime Property Bulgaria has found out in a research. The analyses of the company, which is to develop a holiday village in the place of former Koral camp near the village of Lozenetz /Tsarevo Municipality/, shows that if clients used to choose their holiday homes mostly considering the location and price some years ago, now it is the well-preserved environment that has become their major criterion. The other factors that seem to matter are quality construction and luxury, professional property management, location. Buyers also pay attention to another criterion- the presence of natural and historical landmarks close to the respective property. Prime Property Bulgaria will invest EUR 40 m in Coral Residence holiday village in cooperation with Austrian investment fund IMMOEAST. The project is expected to be finalized and launched in 2010.
