Rousse’s third mall

to be built by investment companies RESB and Iris. The project is located between the two main thoroughfares of Lipnik Blvd. and Potsdam Blvd. and will offer 35,500 sq m of shops which will be rented out. Investors have already contracts with the supermarket chain Piccadilly, Cinema City cinemas, the electronic goods distributor Technomarket, Leonardo shoes, the restaurant chain Happy, Esprit clothing and Ciela bookstore. The investments in the mall are projected to reach EUR 85 million. This is the third mall which is presently under construction in Rousse.
