Austrian fund to invest EUR 300 million

in offices around Bulgaria in three years time. This is part of the company’s program to increase and restructure its assets, 50% of which / EUR 1.25 billion/ should flow into the CEE region by 2010. Currently, 1/3 of Sparkassen Immobilien’s real estate properties are concentrated in this region and their total value mounts to EUR 1.55 billion. Sparkassen Immobilien is the first public Austrian real estate company. It is now developing shopping centers around Bulgaria and is constructing the Serdika Center which will offer 77,500 sq m of offices and commercial space in total. The business center will be launched in 2009-2010.
