Planex is developing projects in Bulgaria’s capital of rock

PLH Invest, an investment company of the Planex Holding group, is developiong a holiday residential building Villa Alegra, which is only 50 meters from the sea coast, just under cape Chirakman in the town of Kavarna. The UBS of the development is projected to reach 3,623 sq m in a total of 29 apartments with sea views. The architecture of the building is rich in details and reminds of classicism. By the end of this year Planex Holding will also complete Kavarna City Center- the first business and shopping center in town with total built-up area of 12,700 sq m. The development will feature underground parking, supermarket, shops, restaurants and offices.
