A holiday complex in Arkutino is opened

The project of GBS Invest EAD, a subsidiary of GLAVBOLGARSTROY HOLDING AD, has been completed and launched at the beginning of June. The development is located on cape Humata and borders with a reserve. The architectural image of Saint Toma complex, the UBA of which exceeds 28,000 sq m, is the one of old Bulgarian-style house typical of the town of Sozopol. The complex consists of residential and hotel part and has its own waste treatment plant.
