The investor in Norman Foster’s Byala project is looking for a partner

for the project of one of the biggest holiday villages on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Madara Bulgarian Property Fund which is listed on the London stock exchange has hired consultant company Colliers International which has the task to find another investor for the Black Sea Gardens resort. The built-up area is projected to reach 1.2 m sq m. The developers, BBT Project, also take part in the scheme.
