Immo Industry Group (IIG) will develop Serbia's first logistics and industrial park.

It will be located on a 17 ha plot on the E-75 highway, near Stara Pazova. Some 85,000 sq m of logistics and industrial facilities will be constructed. IIG announced that it is developing a logistics complex in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
