Some EUR 6.5m will be invested in a retail center in Pazardzhik.

The project will take 18 months to be constructed. The center will have 6,500 sq m of built-up area. The retail area is formed as detached shops for clothes, shoes, accessories, household appliances, a supermarket and a café. The developer is Litos-Ibuild.
