Some EUR 300m will be invested in a holiday complex near the village Kalimantsi,

located 15 km away from Varna. The complex will be located on a 50-ha plot and will have 400,000 sq m total built-up area, including one- and two-family houses and apartments. The complex will have a retail center, kindergartens, a school, a church, restaurants, an entertainment park and others. The total number of the residential units will reach 5,000. The ground-breaking ceremony will be made in the spring of 2009.
