British fund said it would develop a fourth shopping mall in Bulgaria.

European Convergence Development Company and Bulgariam firm Kronos will invest EUR 31.5m in the first retail center in Sliven. The complex will be developed on a 0.1-ha plot. The total built-up area of the retail center will be 45,000 sq m. The project is expected to be realized in 33 months. The British fund also participates in shopping mall developments in Plovdiv, Ruse and Burgas.
