Dutch investor spends EUR 36m on the first shopping mall development in Blagoevgrad.

The complex will have 48,000 sq m built-up area, of which 20,000 sq m will be the gross leasable area. The center will be located in an established retail location in Blagoevgrad, near the existing stores of do-it-yourself and consumer electronics retailers Mr. Bricolage and Technomarket Evropa and right next to the international road Sofia-Kulata. The developer plans to open the mall in the beginning of 2011. Forton International will be consultant and leasing agent.
