AFI Europe showed its first sample apartment in the capital,

part of the Vitosha Tulip scheme in Krastova Vada area. The development is expected to be completed by the year and as the 144 apartments will be delivered to their new owners in the beginning of 2009. AFI Europe is a real estate development company, engaged in all property sectors. In Bulgaria, it has two other residential schemes, a logistics park near Plovdiv and also owns the Business Park Varna. The investment in Vitosha Tulip, which will offer to its inhabitants a swimming pool and a sports center, is EUR 16 million.
