Developer Martinsa Fadesa looks for a second residential site in Bulgaria.

The company, which is one of the biggest Spanish residential developers, plans to find and buy suitable land by the end of the year. The firm’s strategy includes the start of a new project every six to eight months. In the midterm, it plans the development of 500 residential units per year. The first Martinsa Fadesa's project in Bulgaria is the Modera Residence complex in Sofia's Vitosha district, the construction of which started in March 2008. It will include 335 apartments.
