The development of the first retail center in Haskovo has started.

It will be developed in a 4,800-sq m plot, on a crossing of the ring-road and Saedinenie Blvd., the major city thoroughfare. Consumer electronics, construction material and floorings stores of companies like Zora, Technomarket and Domko are located nearby, as well as car dealership showrooms. The developer is Marsa, a joint venture of local businessmen. The investment in the project is estimated at EUR 22m and the total built-up area of the mall will be 20,000 sq m, covering four levels above the ground and two underground ones.
