Israeli developer invests in retail centers in Plovdiv and Stara Zagora.

Ginio Group plans the construction of a one-storey building with 550 open-air parking spaces, located on Pazardzhishko Shose in Plovdiv, and a scheme similar to that next to an old airport in Stara Zagora. The project in Plovdiv is more advanced. Both sites cover around 6 hectares and will offer some 17,000 sq m of gross leasable area each. The delivery of the one in Plovdiv is expected in the end of this or the beginning of next year, said the General Manager of Israeli property management company Nadlan Tech, Shamai Kama, who also represents Ginio. The same developer has plans for a residential scheme with houses in Ravno Pole village, near Sofia.
