Construction works on Winslow Gardens started.

This is the first joint project of development company Winslow Developments and the real estate investment management unit of Deutsche Bank, RREEF. Glavbolgarstroy is the general contractor and ProArch is the architect. Some BGN 105m (EUR 54 m) will be spent on the first phase of the project, which includes 444 apartments in buildings with total built-up area of 66,000 sq m.
