Another big real estate consultancy enters Bulgaria.

King Sturge will affiliate with Bulgarian ProCon International, which has already put an end on its relations with NAI Global. The two agents have already worked on projects in Bulgaria for a few months. Thy include the office and retail center Varna Towers, the retail centers Central Mall in Pleven and Tera Center in Gabrovo, retail parks in Burgas and Plovdiv. King Sturge is one of the big European consultants with 150 offices in major cities throughout the continent. It will join world leaders such as CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, which already operate on the local market.
