Arch. Veselina Ilieva, Chief Architect of Burgas Municipality, suggests that zone D of Meden Rudnik neighborhood is yet to turn into an attractive area. She expects that the projected developments there will have fewer floors with a maximum height of 10 meters and development densities from 20 to 60%. There are also land plots in Meden Rudnik’s D zone planned to accommodate a school and a kindergarten.
A similar area is located in the southwest, close to zone G of Meden Rudnik neighborhood, where a gated residential community is under construction.
"Kraymorie is one of the areas around Burgas, which could be successfully developed as VIP neighborhood. The announcement of its master plan is already under way and development is planned in compliance with the Territorial Act of the Black Sea Coast", Arch. Ilieva says.
Mrs. Ilieva ranks the areas near the main road Burgas-Sozopol, which present clean residential territories, as premium, and expects them to develop as mixed-use and to offer retail services. Growing interest has been seen in villages like Marinka, Dimchevo and Tvarditsa as Arch. Ilieva explains that once the amendments and environmental impact assessments of the Master Plan of Burgas Municipality are completed, agrarian tourism will be developed near the village of Marinka and country houses - close to Dimchevo and Tvarditsa.
