Eng. Nikolay Galchev is the Executive Director of Galchev Engineering Group and has more than 20 years of experience in the Bulgarian construction sector. The company was founded in 1993 to set the foundations of Galchev Holding. Twenty subsidiaries comprise the company. These operate into 3 main lines of business - construction and trade, investments and projects and tourism and sport. The company is now developing one of its premium projects - Botanica VIP Residence in Sofia’s prestigious Boyana neighbourhood.
