Miroslav Yazov is the financial director of Yazov Ltd. since 2004. The company has 17 years of experience in constructing shopping and business centers, residential buildings and complexes in the cities of Plovdiv and Sofia. Since 1995 Yazov Ltd has developed more than 150 schemes on the territory of Israel with a total built-up area of approximately 1 m. sq m. In 2006 the firm was given the Bulgarian Construction Chamber’s Golden certificate for the best construction practice.
The most promising types of residential real estate properties in Bulgaria tend to be the gated communities. Such projects in Plovdiv are not as many as they are in Sofia, but the city of Plovdiv, and its western parts in particular, offers excellent territorial resources. From the one hand, they feature plenty of prospects for long-term apartment leases as they offer a number of facilities to their leaseholders, and on the other hand - a steady upward movement of prices in the medium and long terms.
Living in such a place also provides the opportunity of developing a different micro environment away from the city bustle and everyday stress. One is also able to encounter a mini community here and identify himself/herself with it.
Of course all these advantages have their price and it is no wonder why such properties have higher than the average prices and are related to additional expenses that come from property maintenance, which is delegated to property management companies.
