Sofia to have a new city center

Sofia to have a new city center Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, will soon have a second city center. This concept has been partially prompted by the need for new office buildings in the capital. The plot that is yet to be developed starts at 4th km. of Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., and reaches Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. More than six hundred decare of new office towers, business units and residences are expected to rise. The Bulgarian government demanded that successful schemes include buildings which would house government administration, EU institutions and a huge exhibition center.
