If I were buying a residence now, I would choose a project first and then check if it meets my requirements and criteria. Secondly, especially if I were to purchase an off-plan property, I would make a research on the company and its clients.
As far as the property market is concerned, it is popular to buy completed properties. This can easily be explained – first, financial instruments on the market facilitate such purchases. Secondly, every person with ready cash buys something completed as he/she doesn’t want to wait. This is typical of Bulgarian consumption within the real estate sector.
My other advice for buyers would be that they find the right balance regarding price, quality and location of a projectas well as the service they would get.
All these factors are important. I do not mean that the price is the least important factor but the balance between the price and the rest of the factors need special attention.
Bulgarian people should get used to consulting someone on the things they are not acquainted with. The real estate industry is getting more transparent as well as companies, their plans and all the extras that would talk a potential buyer into buying a property.
Purchasing a property is a strategic decision. The earlier it is taken, the better.
The time is perfect for people to purchase properties as the relations between buyers and vendors are well regulated because of the economic factor. Every investor could find time and tools to communicate correctly with future consumers and clients. Both parties could find a crossing point of their interests. However, the main factor remains necessity.
