Technical Passport of Building - A Protection Of Others' Mistakes

A technical passport will protect the owners of the properties from the risk of bad implementation and the different parties in the development process - from the mistakes of the others. The issuing of the technical passport is obligatory after January 2007. The document includes information about the building - location, type, area, installations, facilities and technical infrastructure. The owners of buildings must know that every reconstruction and repair, which requires building permission, must be filled in the new passport or in the existing one.
